End User License Agreement
Effective date: July 11, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and Passage (“Licensor”) for the Passage iOS application (“App”), distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple is not a party to this EULA and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
1. Scope of license
Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
2. Consent to use of data
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information that is gathered periodically to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services related to the App. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
3. Termination
This license is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this license.
4. External services
The App may enable access to third-party services. You agree to use such External Services at your sole risk. Licensor is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services.
5. No warranty
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
7. Apple-specific terms
You and Licensor acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Licensor only, and not with Apple. Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Third-party beneficiary. You and Licensor acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
8. Governing law
This EULA will be governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
